Summary

Part-Time Sales Associate responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and representing the brand at the Houston Premium Outlets location. Drives sales through personalized interactions, product knowledge, and attention to presentation. Works flexible part-time hours, including weekends and holidays, to support store operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, individualized customer service and styling guidance to drive sales.
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash and card payments.
• Maintain boutique presentation through visual merchandising and stock replenishment.
• Assist with fitting rooms, returns, and inventory organization.
• Support loss prevention and store cleanliness standards.

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred, luxury retail experience a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
• Availability to work a part-time schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move merchandise as needed.
