Part-Time Sales Associate - Madison Ave Flagship

Summary

The Part-Time Sales Associate is responsible for achieving individual sales objectives and developing customer relationships at the Madison Avenue flagship. The role provides outstanding service and maintains strong product knowledge across Montblanc collections.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales objectives and develop a network of clients.
• Capture client information and build boutique relationships.
• Provide customer service, maintain product knowledge, and support simple pen repairs and after-sales service.
• Maintain store presentation and follow loss prevention procedures.
• Open and close the boutique, handle transfers, and communicate with the corporate office when needed.

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience; luxury or jewelry sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, computer, and multitasking skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for most of the workday and reach, bend, use a ladder, and lift boxes.
