Summary

The Seasonal Sales Support Advisor supports the store team during peak seasonal periods, helping deliver an elevated client experience. Working across the sales floor and back of house, this role assists with client service, product flow, replenishment, and store organization.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and support Client Advisors throughout the client journey.
• Retrieve and deliver merchandise, replenish products, and support receiving and inventory activities.
• Maintain organized sales floor and back-of-house areas and support visual merchandising standards.
• Provide flexible team support and follow store policies, procedures, and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or other client-facing experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Dependable, punctual, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability during the seasonal employment period, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
