Part-Time Seasonal Sales Support Advisor - SoHo

Summary

The Part-Time Seasonal Sales Support Advisor supports the Moncler store team during peak seasonal periods. This role contributes to an elevated client experience while assisting with merchandise flow, replenishment, store organization, and daily operations across the sales floor and back of house.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and assist Client Advisors with client requests and merchandise retrieval.
• Support product replenishment, go-backs, receiving, inventory activities, and merchandise organization.
• Maintain clean and organized sales floor and back-of-house areas while supporting visual merchandising standards.
• Provide flexible, dependable team support and follow company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or other client-facing experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Positive, professional, proactive, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexible availability during the seasonal employment period, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and peak business days.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; additional languages are a plus.
