Summary

The Part-Time Seasonal Sales Support Advisor provides in-store support during peak seasonal periods, assisting both front of house and back of house to ensure a seamless and elevated client experience. Reporting to store leadership, the role focuses on product flow, replenishment, store organization, receiving, and supporting Client Advisors to meet increased business demands.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and assist Client Advisors during high-volume periods.
• Retrieve and deliver merchandise from BOH to the sales floor quickly and accurately.
• Support daily product flow including replenishment, go-backs, and stock organization.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, organizing, and preparing merchandise as directed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient BOH and sales floor and support visual merchandising standards.
• Support inventory activities and cycle counts as requested by management.

Requirements

• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience preferred but not required.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment with strong attention to detail.
• Team-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Dependable, punctual, and flexible availability including weekends, evenings, holidays, and peak business days.
• Interest in the Moncler brand and luxury fashion and ability to quickly learn product knowledge and store procedures.
