Summary
The Stock Controller supports inventory accuracy, product availability, and efficient back-of-house operations in a luxury retail environment. The role manages daily product flow between the stockroom and sales floor while helping deliver a seamless client experience.
Responsibilities
- Process receiving, shipping, transfers, replenishment, cycle counts, and inventory consolidations.
- Maintain an organized, secure stockroom and ensure merchandise is accurately processed and protected.
- Respond to product requests and support sales teams with replenishment and inventory needs.
- Review inventory reports, identify discrepancies, and escalate operational or loss prevention concerns.
- Complete required documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks in accordance with company procedures.
- Assist clients with repairs, returns, and operational inquiries while providing premium service.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in retail stock, inventory, operations, logistics, or a related area.
- Experience with inventory management, shipping and receiving, replenishment, and stockroom operations.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with inventory systems, POS systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across store teams.
