Summary
The Partnership & Affiliate Marketing Specialist is a 12-month contract role based in Toronto supporting execution of brand partnerships, affiliate program management, and partner-led events across Harry Rosen and Final Cut. Reporting to the Partnerships & Affiliate Manager, the role operates in a hybrid work environment and works across stores, digital, and CRM channels. The specialist will focus on affiliate operations, partnership campaign execution, digital media initiatives, and performance reporting.
Responsibilities
- Support affiliate program operations including setting up offers, creating tracking links, managing promo codes, and communicating with partners.
- Brief creative assets, review materials for affiliate best practices, and ensure timelines align with promotional dates.
- Assist partner outreach and program expansion within the Canadian affiliate landscape and ensure campaign tracking and compliance.
- Support partnership campaign execution by briefing internal teams, tracking timelines, coordinating approvals, attending partner events and meetings, and taking meeting notes.
- Contribute to SEM/SEO/AEO initiatives: keyword research, competitive analysis, on-page and technical SEO audits, link-building, and AI-driven content optimization.
- Compile post-campaign reports and KPI summaries, support weekly and monthly reporting, and flag performance trends or anomalies.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as coordinating contracts, processing invoices, tracking budgets, and supporting process improvements.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in performance media, digital media sales, affiliate marketing, partnerships, or related marketing roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and proven stakeholder management experience.
- Experience coordinating vendors and external partners, tracking budgets, and managing workback schedules.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel for data analysis, and project management tools such as Asana; experience with GA4 and Search Console is an asset.
- Proactive, organized, and able to pivot in a fast-paced environment; willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends for events.
