People Associate

Summary

The People Associate supports the strategic execution of People programs for North America and provides HR support to teams across several corporate functions. This role maintains employee and recruiting systems, assists with talent management and employee communications, and supports People initiatives and projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee records, org charts, and HR systems, and troubleshoot system support issues.
• Assist with onboarding, exits, employee inquiries, leave questions, and employee relations matters.
• Support talent reviews, performance management, salary planning, learning programs, recruitment, and temporary employee tracking.
• Manage employee communications and support engagement, survey, diversity, and community initiatives.
• Provide project, process, organization design, and change management support.

Requirements

• Experience working in Human Resources, preferably in a generalist role.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, and SharePoint; familiarity with HRIS systems.
• Workday knowledge is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, attention to detail, accountability, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
