People Business Partner, Sr. Manager

Summary

The Senior Manager, People Business Partner leads People and Development strategy for the Brand Image organization and serves as a strategic partner to global business leaders. This hybrid role supports corporate populations in Nutley, New Jersey, and New York City, partnering across North America, EMEA, and APAC.

Responsibilities

• Advise global leaders on organizational design, change management, workforce planning, and strategic business challenges.
• Lead complex employee relations matters, investigations, and mediation in partnership with relevant teams.
• Oversee performance management, talent reviews, calibration, succession, employee development, and recruitment integrity.
• Manage workforce and freelance trackers, bonus plans, merit cycles, compensation benchmarking, and related HR operations.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and oversee HRIS, timekeeping, share drives, and organization charts.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a senior HR business partner or generalist leader, with knowledge of related People and Development disciplines.
• Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders and build effective partnerships.
• Strong strategic judgment, analytical problem-solving, change leadership, and ability to lead project teams.
• Ability to work from both Nutley, New Jersey, and New York City locations and collaborate across global regions.
