Summary
The People Data Analyst supports Cartier North America's people analytics strategy by creating dashboards, conducting workforce analysis, and translating data into actionable insights to inform HR and commercial decision-making. This fixed term role partners with HR Business Partners, HRIS, and IT to optimize reporting and integrate data across systems.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI and Looker.
- Analyze workforce data including headcount, turnover, performance, and recruiting.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leaders to define reporting needs.
- Optimize Workday reporting and analytics to support decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and dashboards.
- Support design and implementation of workforce metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
- Translate complex data into compelling visual stories for executive presentations.
- Partner with HRIS and IT to optimize data pipelines and system integrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or similar field.
- 2+ years of experience in analytics and data warehousing.
- Strong proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and Looker; experience building complex dashboards.
- Excellent data modeling skills and familiarity with SQL.
- Experience with Workday, Visier, or other HRIS systems preferred.
- Demonstrated analytical and storytelling skills to create actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
