Job Description

Summary

The People Data Analyst supports Cartier North America's people analytics strategy by creating dashboards, conducting workforce analysis, and translating data into actionable insights to inform HR and commercial decision-making. This fixed term role partners with HR Business Partners, HRIS, and IT to optimize reporting and integrate data across systems.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI and Looker.
  • Analyze workforce data including headcount, turnover, performance, and recruiting.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leaders to define reporting needs.
  • Optimize Workday reporting and analytics to support decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and dashboards.
  • Support design and implementation of workforce metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
  • Translate complex data into compelling visual stories for executive presentations.
  • Partner with HRIS and IT to optimize data pipelines and system integrations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or similar field.
  • 2+ years of experience in analytics and data warehousing.
  • Strong proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and Looker; experience building complex dashboards.
  • Excellent data modeling skills and familiarity with SQL.
  • Experience with Workday, Visier, or other HRIS systems preferred.
  • Demonstrated analytical and storytelling skills to create actionable insights.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
