Job Description

Summary

The People Partner is an HR business partner based in Las Vegas supporting retail and corporate operations across the market. This role delivers HR operations, talent development, onboarding, and performance management to drive employee engagement and business results. The People Partner will collaborate with managers, lead recruitment for leadership roles, and conduct regular store visits.

Responsibilities

  • Provide HR advice on policies, procedures, and employment legislation and ensure consistent HR documentation and processes.
  • Manage hiring, separations, exit interviews, and review employment offers and terminations.
  • Coach and develop retail managers on performance, development plans, and high selling and service standards.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation, onboarding, and in-store training; manage probationary evaluations.
  • Lead performance improvement processes including documentation, coaching, and follow-up.
  • Analyze business trends, prepare monthly reports, and influence cross-functional partners to support talent strategies.
  • Manage sourcing and recruitment for management roles, maintain candidate pipelines, and liaise with agencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a management role.
  • Experience in a luxury retail environment with demonstrated talent management and employee relations skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment practices and handling complex performance or disciplinary matters.
  • Ability to travel domestically, work across multiple locations, and visit stores regularly.
  • Strong interpersonal, coaching, and influencing skills with the ability to work in a matrixed environment.
