Responsibilities
- Provide personalized service and proactive follow-up, anticipating client needs and recommending products for occasions and holidays.
- Style clients in-store and at home, advise on wardrobe and fit, and leverage alterations to support sales.
- Use store technology, the Bloomingdale's app, wish lists, social media, and product-search tools to serve clients and secure merchandise.
- Host fashion presentations and private events, build community relationships, and develop high-value clients through networking.
- Share fashion trends and selling initiatives, support store service standards, and build relationships with designers and buyers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Three to five years of related experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, basic math, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to walk, stand, reach, crouch, climb ladders, use computers and register equipment, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
