Personal Shopper Associate - Century City

Summary

Provide personalized shopping and styling services to clients in a high-end department store. Build long-term client relationships by delivering curated recommendations that meet client needs and preferences. This role operates primarily in the Century City store and includes both appointment-based and sales-floor interactions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one styling and product recommendations to clients by appointment and on the sales floor.
• Maintain and update client records, follow up on leads, and cultivate ongoing relationships.
• Meet individual sales goals and contribute to team performance targets.
• Coordinate with stock and store teams to ensure product availability and fulfill client requests.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail sales, personal shopping, or styling experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and clienteling tools; strong attention to detail.
