The Personal Shopper Associate delivers highly personalized service to valuable clients while building long-term relationships and driving sales. This role provides fashion expertise and helps clients meet their wardrobe, home, cosmetic, and gifting needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional needs.
• Build and maintain client relationships, anticipate occasions, and recommend products and gifts.
• Style clients in-store and in-home, advise on wardrobe fit and alterations, and share product knowledge.
• Use digital tools, social media, and product search resources to serve clients and secure merchandise.
• Host fashion presentations and private events, support community connections, and share fashion trends with store colleagues.
• Maintain Personal Styling office presentations and assist with acquiring new high-value clients.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, standing, reaching, climbing ladders, and frequently lifting or moving up to 25 pounds.
