The Personal Shopper delivers personalized service to valuable clients, building long-term relationships and maximizing sales. This role provides fashion expertise and helps clients with wardrobe, home, cosmetics, and gifting needs while serving as a store resource for fashion education and selling.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high-touch personal shopping experience and follow up proactively with clients.
• Help clients refine and style wardrobes, select gifts, and shop for home and family needs.
• Use store technology and online tools to locate products and secure merchandise for clients.
• Build client relationships, develop luxury clientele, and host fashion presentations and private events.
• Share fashion trends and selling initiatives and support a high standard of service throughout the store.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to walk, stand, reach, crouch, climb ladders, use technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
