Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide personalized shopping experiences.
• Understand client preferences and curate product selections.
• Conduct in-person styling appointments and store visits.
• Maintain knowledge of current merchandise and arrivals.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Process sales transactions and assist with client requests.
• Coordinate fittings and private appointments as needed.
• Keep client records and follow up on inquiries.

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of fashion and styling principles.
