Personal Shopper responsible for delivering exceptional luxury sales and service through private and in-store client experiences, generating high sales volume on a full commission basis and building a loyal high-value client base.
Responsibilities
- Sell the entire store and wardrobe customers from head to toe
- Cultivate new customers and introduce them to the store
- Demonstrate product and style expertise to meet customer needs
- Maintain private shopping suites and visual standards
- Deliver outstanding sales and service to exceed targets
- Build and retain a loyal personal client base through acquisition and development
- Maintain and update customer profiles in company systems
- Provide on and off-site selling and communicate regularly with clients
- Collaborate with Buying and Exclusive Services Teams and resolve customer issues
Requirements
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets
- Established high-value customer base with minimum $1.5M in sales
- Knowledge of wardrobing and styling techniques
- Strong relationship building and emotional selling skills
- Entrepreneurial, competitive, self-motivated and collaborative
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- Minimum of five years experience in a commission sales environment
