Personal Shopper

Summary

Personal Shopper responsible for delivering luxury-level sales and service through private and in-store appointments. The role is full commission with high sales targets and requires generating a minimum of $1.5M per year. Personal Shoppers cultivate and manage a high-value client base, provide wardrobe and styling expertise, and offer both in-store and off-site service.

Responsibilities

• Sell the entire store and style customers from head to toe.
• Cultivate and acquire new high-value clients and manage existing client relationships.
• Deliver private shopping experiences and maintain private suites to visual standards.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales and service targets.
• Maintain and update customer profiles and CRM records.
• Provide on- and off-site selling and regular client communication.
• Liaise with Buying and Exclusive Services teams to ensure client needs are met.
• Network within the community to raise the role and store profile.
• Resolve customer service issues and escalate when necessary.
• Comply with health, safety, privacy, and cybersecurity policies.

Requirements

• Proven ability to exceed sales targets in a commission-driven environment.
• Established high-value client base with minimum sales value of $1.5M annually.
• Minimum of five years' experience in commission sales.
• Strong knowledge of wardrobing, styling techniques, and product expertise.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
