Summary

The Personal Shopper Support Assistant executes operational functions that support Bloomingdale's luxury Personal Shopping experience. The role partners with Personal Shoppers and store teams to prepare appointments, handle merchandise, coordinate shipments, and maintain elevated service standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and reset appointment spaces, receive and prepare merchandise, and support client hospitality.
• Pack and ship client purchases, coordinate courier and residential deliveries, and track shipments.
• Process merchandise returns and movements, maintain organized holds, and support events and pop-ups.
• Maintain packing and back-of-house spaces, monitor supplies, and collaborate with store partners.

Requirements

• Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced luxury retail environment and work collaboratively.
• Customer-first mindset and comfort lifting, unpacking, moving, and preparing merchandise up to 25 lbs.
• Luxury retail, personal shopping, operations, fulfillment, shipping systems, or merchandise-handling experience preferred.
