Summary

Assist a Personal Stylist with client communications, outfit recommendations, and operational support during the selling process. Provide in-person and online assistance to create memorable experiences for customers while supporting appointment execution and follow up.

Responsibilities

• Assist Personal Stylist in preparing and executing selling appointments
• Ring transactions at POS and process merchandise for services
• Complete post appointment follow up including order tracking and alterations
• Manage appointment scheduling and client gifting initiatives
• Enter and maintain accurate clientele information
• Support digital selling and social media presence
• Return unsold merchandise to stock
• Maintain cleanliness of fitting rooms using housekeeping services

Requirements
