Summary

As a Personal Styling Assistant you will support a Personal Stylist by assisting with client communication, outfit recommendations, appointment preparation, transactions, and operational tasks. You will work on-site and via online platforms to help create memorable customer experiences and maintain accurate client records.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Personal Stylist in preparing and implementing selling appointments
• Ring transactions at POS and process merchandise for service
• Complete post appointment follow up including order tracking and thank you notes
• Help organize appointment scheduling and gifting initiatives for top clients
• Enter and maintain precise clientele information
• Assist with digital selling and maintain social media presence
• Return unsold merchandise to stock
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of fitting rooms

Requirements

• Fashion retail experience
• Experienced using digital tools and technology
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Detail oriented with accurate record keeping
