Personal Styling Assistant

Summary

Assist a Personal Stylist with client communication, outfit recommendations, and operational support across in-store and online selling platforms. Provide excellent customer service while helping prepare appointments, manage client records, and support digital selling initiatives. Report to an assigned Personal Stylist and work a flexible retail schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Personal Stylist in preparing and executing selling appointments
• Ring transactions at POS and process merchandise for services
• Complete post-appointment follow up including order tracking and alterations
• Organize appointment scheduling and gifting initiatives for top clients
• Enter and maintain accurate clientele information
• Support digital selling and social media presence
• Return unsold merchandise to stock
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of fitting rooms

Requirements

• Experience with technology and digital tools
• Fashion retail experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including retail hours
• Team player with good communication skills
