Job Description

Summary

Assist a Personal Stylist in client communication, outfit recommendations, and operational tasks to create exceptional luxury shopping experiences. Work on-site and via online platforms to support appointments, follow up with clients, and maintain accurate client records. Report to an assigned Personal Stylist and contribute to digital selling and Social media presence.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Personal Stylist in preparing and executing selling appointments
  • Ring transactions at POS and process merchandise for services
  • Complete post appointment follow up including order tracking and alterations
  • Organize appointment scheduling and gifting initiatives for top clients
  • Enter and maintain precise clientele information
  • Support digital selling and Social media activities
  • Return unsold merchandise to stock and maintain fitting room cleanliness
  • Provide operational support during the selling process

Requirements

  • Fashion retail experience
  • Comfortable using technology and digital tools
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Team oriented with attention to detail
  • Ability to assist with both in-person and online appointments
