Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Use selling tools including text and social media to engage customers
• Provide expert advice on style and fit
• Develop and maintain an extensive personal clientele
• Contact customers to follow up on purchases and suggest new merchandise
• Invite customers to events to drive engagement and sales
• Handle merchandise including lifting and arranging items on the sales floor

Requirements

• Confident selling across price points and departments
• Competitive drive and entrepreneurial mindset for commission-based sales
• Proven ability to develop strong customer relationships
• Knowledge and enthusiasm for high-end designer fashion
• Capable of continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift
• Frequent use of hands for grasping and manipulation
• Able to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
