Personal Stylist Assistant

Summary

Seasonal retail role supporting the selling team to enhance client experiences during peak periods by greeting clients, assisting across departments, and facilitating transactions and services. Reports to a Senior Manager and works flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays. Focus is on delivering exceptional customer service and supporting operational tasks such as BOPIS curbside and fitting room experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and within departments and transition to appropriate associates
• Serve in different areas of the store based on business needs
• Process Point of Sale transactions efficiently
• Handle escalated customer issues and connect customers with management
• Follow up on customer requests questions and needs
• Support BOPIS curbside pickup and alterations in partnership with operations
• Assist and support fitting room experiences when needed
• Promote store services such as alterations personalization and delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer centric roles with ability to sell products and services
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced retail environment and adapt to different store areas
