Personal Stylist Assistant

Summary

Seasonal retail role supporting the selling team to deliver exceptional client experiences during peak periods. Works across store departments to welcome clients, assist with transactions and support services like BOPIS, curbside pickup and fitting rooms while reporting to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and within departments
• Transition clients to appropriate associates based on service needs
• Serve in different store areas according to business needs
• Process Point of Sale transactions efficiently
• Handle escalated customer issues and connect to management
• Support BOPIS and curbside pickup operations
• Assist with alterations pickups and online order support
• Partner to support fitting room experiences
• Introduce clients to store services such as alterations and personalization

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer centric role
• Proven ability to sell products and services
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
• Ability to handle escalations and collaborate with management
• Strong client service and communication skills
• Ability to work across multiple store areas as needed
