Personal Stylist Assistant

Summary

Seasonal retail role supporting the selling team to enhance the client experience during peak periods. The Personal Stylist Assistant greets clients, supports various store areas based on needs, and helps facilitate transactions and services under manager direction.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and within departments
• Transition clients to appropriate associates based on service needs
• Serve in different areas of the store based on business needs
• Process Point of Sale transactions as needed
• Handle escalated issues by connecting customers with management
• Follow up on customer requests questions and needs
• Support BOPIS Curbside pickup and Alterations pickups with Operations
• Assist with fitting room experiences when needed
• Introduce services such as Alterations Personalization food or beverage and package carry-out or delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer centric roles
• Proven ability to sell products and services
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
• Ability to graciously handle escalated customer issues
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Team oriented with a focus on client experience
