Personal Stylist Assistant

Summary

The Personal Stylist Assistant supports a Personal Stylist in delivering exceptional customer experiences through client communication, outfit recommendations, and selling-process support. This on-site role also supports digital selling and client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and support selling appointments, ring transactions at POS, and process merchandise for Fashionphile Service.
• Follow up after appointments, including tracking orders, coordinating alterations, and sending thank-you notes.
• Assist with appointment scheduling, gifting projects, and experiences for Top Clients.
• Maintain accurate clientele information and support digital selling and social media presence.
• Return unsold merchandise to stock and maintain fitting-room cleanliness.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience with technology and digital tools.
• Fashion retail experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
