The Personal Stylist Assistant greets clients, supports transactions and fitting room experiences, and helps facilitate services such as alterations and curbside pickup while working flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients warmly at store entrances and within departments
• Transition clients to appropriate associates based on service needs
• Serve in different store areas based on business needs
• Process Point of Sale transactions efficiently
• Handle escalated issues by connecting customers with management
• Support BOPIS curbside pickup and alterations pickups
• Assist with fitting room experiences as needed
• Promote services such as alterations personalization food or beverage and delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer centric roles with proven ability to sell products and services
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and support operations and management
