Summary

Provide one on one high-end fashion styling and sales support at the store, building lasting customer relationships and developing a personal clientele while working in a commission-based environment. Use in-store and digital selling tools including text and social media to meet sales goals and act as a product expert on merchandise style and fit.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Use selling tools including text and social media to engage customers
• Provide expert advice on merchandise style fit and product knowledge
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Contact customers to follow up on purchases and suggest new merchandise
• Invite customers to events and develop an extensive clientele
• Handle merchandise including lifting and moving items as needed

Requirements

• Confident selling across price points and departments
• Competitive drive and ability to succeed in a commission-based environment
• Proven ability to develop customer relationships
• Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about high-end designer fashion
• Ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending and reaching
• Frequent use of hands for grasping and manipulation
• Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
