Personal Stylist Business Lead

Summary

Coordinates the operational needs and daily priorities of a personal stylist's business to support seamless client service. Tracks business performance and clienteling metrics, and partners with store leadership and other teams to support client and inventory needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks, schedules, appointments, preparation, and follow-ups for client engagements and VIP events.
• Oversee client shipments, alterations, and product sourcing requests, resolving administrative issues proactively.
• Monitor selling performance, category mix, business drivers, and clienteling KPIs; maintain reporting tools and organize actionable outreach lists.
• Serve as a liaison with store leadership, merchant teams, and corporate functions, and stay informed about luxury client trends and seasonal assortments.
