Personal Stylist

As a Personal Stylist at Neiman Marcus Orlando, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized luxury experiences to clients. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, offering expert styling advice, and driving sales across all divisions.

• Drive customer cultivation and create individualized strategies to develop and nourish existing client base.
• Achieve loyal client retention goals and foster new client relationships.
• Establish and maintain a local community network through philanthropic involvement and attending social events.
• Partner with the Personal Stylist Manager to plan personalized events for clients.
• Interact with clients by appointment and outside of store for styling needs.
• Work strategically with Private Client Relations for top clients.
• Provide personalized recommendations based on expert product knowledge.
• Utilize an omnichannel approach to sell merchandise across all channels.
• Maximize the benefits of the InCircle program for clients.

• 6+ years of relevant experience, preferably in luxury retail fashion.
• Proven track record of achieving business results.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
