Personal Stylist Support - Aventura

Summary

Provide hands on support to salespeople by preparing fitting rooms, assisting customers, and maintaining the sales floor to ensure an excellent shopping experience. The role focuses on merchandising tasks, stock work, customer interaction, and supporting team goals in a fast paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Support salesperson in all aspects of the selling process
• Set up customer fitting rooms with merchandise selected by the salesperson
• Build positive relationships and support team goals
• Perform daily department maintenance tasks including stock work and re merchandising
• Execute displays, price markdowns, and merchandise transfers
• Perform light cleaning and maintain organized sales floor
• Assist customers as needed on the sales floor

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and coworkers
• Strong organizational skills and follow through
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customer concerns and prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment
• Ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending and reaching
• Frequent use of hands for grasping and fine manipulation
• Ability to handle bulky items and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
