Personal Stylist Support - Bellevue Square

Summary

Provide administrative and in-person support to a top salesperson by assisting with the selling process, preparing fitting rooms, maintaining merchandise presentation, and supporting team goals while delivering excellent customer service in a fast paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Support salesperson through all aspects of the selling process
• Set up customer fitting rooms with selected merchandise
• Perform daily department maintenance tasks including stock work and remerchandising
• Assist with display updates and price markdowns
• Manage merchandise transfers and light cleaning
• Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers
• Prioritize multiple tasks to support team goals

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and coworkers
• Strong organizational skills and attention to follow through
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customer concerns proactively in a fast paced environment
• Physical ability to move continuously for 6 to 8 hours with frequent bending and reaching
• Frequent use of hands for grasping and fine manipulation
• Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
