Personal Stylist Support - Natick Mall

Summary

Provide hands on support to sales staff in a busy department by preparing fitting rooms, maintaining merchandise presentation, and assisting with daily tasks to deliver excellent customer service during the seasonal period.

Responsibilities

• Support salesperson through all aspects of the selling process
• Set up customer fitting rooms with merchandise selected by salesperson
• Maintain department presentation including remerchandising and displays
• Perform stock work and merchandise transfers
• Execute price markdowns as directed
• Perform light cleaning and general upkeep of the department
• Help the team meet goals and build positive relationships
