Personal Stylist Support - South Coast Plaza

Summary

Provide customer service and sales support at the point of sale including assisting customers by phone and at checkout, processing returns and transactions, maintaining the sales floor and cash wrap area, and supporting order fulfillment and pick-up. The role requires staying current on fashion trends, building customer relationships, and working a flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers over the phone and at checkout with sales, returns and other transactions
• Deliver exceptional customer service and listen to customer needs
• Maintain the department by straightening, light cleaning and restocking the cash wrap and sales floor
• Support order fulfillment and order pick-up as needed
• Inform customers about events, gift cards and rewards program
• Stay up to date on fashion trends and product knowledge
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organization and follow through
• Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new applications
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending and reaching
• Frequent use of hands for grasping and fine manipulation
• Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
