Personal Stylist Support - South Coast Plaza

Summary

Provide in-store support to personal stylists by assisting with the selling process, preparing fitting rooms, maintaining merchandise and contributing to team goals while delivering excellent customer service each day.

Responsibilities

• Support salesperson to perform all aspects of the selling process
• Set up customer fitting room with merchandise selected by the salesperson
• Perform daily department maintenance tasks including stock work and remerchandising
• Assist with displays and price markdowns
• Handle merchandise transfers and light cleaning
• Build positive relationships with team members
• Support team goals and sales initiatives

• Strong organizational and follow-through skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customer concerns positively and proactively
• Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
