Summary
Provide exceptional customer service supporting personal stylists and customers at the point of sale through sales, returns and order support while maintaining a polished and organized department. Support may include checkout assistance, phone help, order fulfillment and restocking to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers over the phone and at checkout with sales, returns and other transactions
- Listen to customer needs and recommend products based on fashion knowledge
- Keep the department runway ready by straightening, light cleaning and restocking the cash wrap and sales floor
- Support order fulfillment and order pick-up processes
- Build customer relationships by sharing information about events, gift cards and rewards
- Prioritize multiple customer requests in a fast paced environment
- Use computer systems to process transactions and manage orders
- Help maintain inventory and handle merchandise on the sales floor
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization and follow through
- Ability to prioritize tasks and problem solve in a busy retail environment
- Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new applications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Capable of continuous movement 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending and reaching
- Frequent use of hands for grasping and fine manipulation
- Able to regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
