Personal Stylist Support - The Mall At Short Hills

Summary

Provides sales support to a personal stylist or salesperson while helping deliver outstanding customer service. The role includes preparing fitting rooms, assisting with the selling process, and maintaining the department.

Responsibilities

• Support the salesperson throughout all aspects of the selling process.
• Prepare customer fitting rooms with selected merchandise.
• Support team goals and build positive relationships.
• Complete department maintenance, including stock work, re-merchandising, displays, markdowns, merchandise transfers, and light cleaning.

Requirements

• Ability to develop relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Strong organizational, follow-through, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer concerns positively, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift and regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
