Responsibilities

• Assist customers with transactions and answer questions while delivering excellent service.
• Maintain the cash wrap and sales floor by straightening, lightly cleaning, and restocking.
• Stay informed about fashion trends and products to help customers make purchase decisions.
• Share information about events, gift cards, and the Nordstrom Rewards program.
• Provide flexible support for order fulfillment and pickup.
