Personal Stylist Support - Tysons Corner Center

Summary

Provide customer service and support at the point of sale for the store, assisting with sales, returns, order fulfillment and pickup while maintaining a tidy and presentable sales floor. Help customers over the phone and in person, stay current on trends and support other areas of the store as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers over the phone and at checkout with sales, returns and transactions
• Listen to customer needs and provide fashion recommendations
• Keep the department runway ready by straightening, light cleaning and restocking
• Support order fulfillment and order pick-up processes
• Build customer relationships by sharing information about events and rewards programs
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Operate computer systems to process transactions and orders

Requirements

• Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new applications
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Capable of continuous movement 6-8 hours with frequent bending and reaching
• Ability to regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
