Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools such as text and social media
- Provide expert product and fashion knowledge to advise customers on style and fit
- Build and maintain an extensive personal clientele through follow-up and outreach
- Contact customers to suggest new merchandise and invite them to events
- Handle and merchandise products, assist customers on the sales floor
- Participate in events and promotions to drive sales
- Work in a commission-driven environment and meet performance expectations
Requirements
- Proven ability to develop extensive relationships with customers
- Confident selling across price points and departments
- Competitive, entrepreneurial drive suited to commission-based sales
- Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about high-end designer fashion
- Ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift and perform physical tasks
- Frequent use of hands for grasping and manipulation and ability to lift up to 25 pounds
