Responsibilities- Recruit, hire, and train new Personal Stylists and develop potential NM associates for the Personal Stylist program.
- Coach Personal Stylists through strategy sessions to enhance client engagement and spending opportunities.
- Oversee the development of outreach strategies for digital selling and in-person FREs.
- Provide product knowledge, trend updates, and selling skills to drive wardrobing and styling.
- Build relationships with brand partners and merchants to meet client needs.
- Manage the operational aspects of the Personal Styling Studio to optimize processes and client experience.
- Oversee Stylist assistants to maximize resources and productivity.
- Assist Personal Stylists in creating strategies to develop and grow client bases.
- Establish a local community network through philanthropic involvement and events.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to strategize personalized events for the Personal Stylist team.
Requirements- 6-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in luxury retail fashion.
- Proven track record of building teams and achieving results.
- Strong selling expertise across all categories with a foundation in product knowledge.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a "win together" mentality.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
