Summary
Lead and manage the on-site Personal Stylists program to grow client relationships and lifetime value through coaching, recruitment, and strategic business oversight. Drive team performance and operational excellence while partnering with cross-functional teams and brand partners to deliver personalized luxury experiences.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, and train new Personal Stylists and develop internal talent.
- Coach and develop Personal Stylists through one-on-one strategy sessions to increase client engagement and spend.
- Oversee outreach strategies including digital selling and in-person experiences to grow business.
- Provide product knowledge, trend updates, and selling skills to drive styling and wardrobing.
- Manage operations of the Personal Styling Studio including inventory and special order tracking.
- Oversee stylist assistants to maximize resources and productivity.
- Develop individualized client strategies to retain and expand client relationships.
- Build local community networks through partnerships and attendance at events.
- Partner with teams to plan personalized events for the Personal Stylist team.
Requirements
- 6 years of relevant experience; 6-8 years preferred in luxury retail fashion.
- Proven track record of building teams and achieving results through people.
- Selling expertise across categories with strong product knowledge.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and collaborative mentality.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
- Ability to manage operations and track merchandise deliveries.
