Personalization Associate Artist

The Personalization Associate Artist at Holt Renfrew in Vancouver is responsible for customizing products such as bottles, boxes, and specialty items through illustration, painting, or engraving. This role requires a creative individual who can work closely with clients to deliver personalized products to the highest technical standards.

• Consult with clients to determine the scope of work and provide expert guidance on the end result.
• Complete work as discussed to the highest technical standard and prepare vector files for engraving equipment.
• Deliver completed projects on or before the date promised and partner professionally with Sales Associates to create client satisfaction.
• Inform the manager of supply requirements or equipment repair needs and assist in maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.
• Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements.

• Illustrator or artist with knowledge of vector files as an asset.
• Artist portfolio required.
• Ability to communicate comfortably and clearly in English.
