Phone Operator

Summary

Provide exemplary customer experience and support store operations including shipping and receiving, stock room, cash office, repairs, and administrative duties to ensure efficient store functioning and product care.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory preparation and execution
• Process incoming and outgoing merchandise according to company standards
• Maintain and replenish office and grooming supplies
• Coordinate engraving and embossing services
• Work with accounts payable to ensure timely invoice approvals
• Support loss prevention and asset protection procedures
• Read and execute transfer, shipping, alteration, and invoice documents
• Assist with control of supplies as requested by management

Requirements

• Relevant retail or operational work experience preferred
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with computers and software such as Word Excel PowerPoint Workday and Outlook preferred
• Ability to maneuver store environments and lift up to 30 lbs and use ladders as trained
• Ability to operate register and stand and walk for multiple hours
