Phones and Cashier Support - Yorkdale Boutique

As a Phones and Cashier Support at the Yorkdale Boutique, you will be responsible for answering phone inquiries and performing cashier and administrative duties. You will support both the Boutique and Head Office while maintaining CHANEL's standards of customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork.

• Provide excellent customer service on the phones and document messages accurately.
• Establish strong client relationships by responding promptly to queries.
• Assist at the cashier with processing transactions and preparing packaging.
• Ensure Cash and Wrap stations are prepared and stocked.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and CHANEL Head Office.
• Maintain confidentiality of the Company’s commercial activities.

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, retail operations, or phone customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and flexible hours.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
