Job Description

Summary

As a Photo & Video Producer at Ralph Lauren's studio in Long Island City, you will support the production of on-figure e-commerce shoots. You will be responsible for planning multiple shoots daily, scheduling crew and talent, and collaborating with design and creative teams on casting. Your role will involve managing priorities across business groups and ensuring all studio shoots are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain clear communication with teams regarding shoot deadlines and status updates.
  • Support the production team in scheduling full-time and freelance talent for daily shoots.
  • Communicate with Styling, Photography, and Tech teams to plan crew/talent needs.
  • Manage relationships with external creative partners and agencies.
  • Negotiate rates with agencies, vendors, and talent within budget.
  • Handle day-to-day escalations and troubleshoot production challenges.
  • Organize castings, manage model library, and maintain talent rosters.
  • Assist with studio operations and support editorial and feature shoot planning.
Requirements
  • Experience in photo shoot production or project management; e-commerce experience a plus.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to balance creative and strategic deliverables.
  • Comfortable in a high-volume environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
