Polisher Level 1

Summary

Perform polishing of precious metal jewelry and hollowware to meet company production and quality standards at the Cumberland manufacturing facility. Operate polishing motors and related equipment while following safety procedures and reporting incidents. Maintain accuracy of work orders and focus on quality and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Polish precious metal components and finished hollowware items using polishing motors
• Perform brushing, felting, split-lap, flexible shaft, 3-M, Grind and Prep, laser welding, stoning, and dry wheel operations
• Meet prescribed production times while maintaining company quality standards
• Verify work order accuracy and escalate discrepancies appropriately
• Limit inventory failures and maintain quality on a wide range of products
• Follow safe work procedures and site safety protocols at all times
• Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive manual tasks

Requirements

• Ability to speak and understand English effectively
• Comfortable using a computer for basic tasks
• Excellent dexterity and fine motor skills
• Strong hand-eye coordination
