Polishing Technician

Summary

Polishing Technician responsible for surface finishing and reassembly of pre-owned watches in the service centre. Operate polishing machinery and visually inspect components to ensure they meet company quality standards. Work with supervisors to achieve productivity targets while maintaining a clean, organised workspace.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain polishing machinery and equipment to achieve acceptable finish standards.
• Visually inspect watch components and finished pieces to ensure quality and conformity.
• Prepare watches for polishing and re-assemble them after finishing processes.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and meet productivity targets set by supervisors.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on achieving a near zero-error rate.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Highly organised and able to manage own workload and priorities.
• Experience working with watches is beneficial but not essential.
